Ingredients

  • ½ ea. English cucumber, shredded

  • 1 cup Almond Breeze™ Unsweetened Original Almondmilk Yogurt

  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill

  • 1 tsp. lemon zest

  • ¼ tsp. finely minced garlic

  • ¼ tsp. salt

Directions

    Place shredded cucumber in a clean kitchen towel. Wrap and squeeze over a sink to remove excess water.

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

    Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
