Sometimes called tzatziki, this fresh tasting yogurt dip is great served with veggies or as a spread for a sandwich or wrap.

Directions

  1. Place shredded cucumber in a clean kitchen towel. Wrap and squeeze over a sink to remove excess water.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
