Ingredients
½ ea. English cucumber, shredded
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
1 tsp. lemon zest
¼ tsp. finely minced garlic
¼ tsp. salt

Place shredded cucumber in a clean kitchen towel. Wrap and squeeze over a sink to remove excess water.
