Sometimes called tzatziki, this fresh tasting yogurt dip is great served with veggies or as a spread for a sandwich or wrap.
Place shredded cucumber in a clean kitchen towel. Wrap and squeeze over a sink to remove excess water.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
- ½ ea. English cucumber, shredded
- 1 cup Almond Breeze™ Unsweetened Original Almondmilk Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- ¼ tsp. finely minced garlic
- ¼ tsp. salt
