
Refrigerated Almondmilk

In a small saucepan, add water, sugar and blueberries. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer and cook about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool about 10 minutes. Strain and place syrup in a measuring glass.
Fill 2 glasses with ice cubes. Pour blueberry syrup in each glass, then top with coffee.
Place almondmilk in a measuring glass, then use a frother to froth milk. Pour over coffee.
Serve and refrigerate leftovers.
