Earl grey tea is as well known in England as the famous London fog. This drink gets it name from the creamy addition to the tea which makes it hard to see through, just like fog.
Directions
Steep tea, lavender and water for 5 minutes. Discard tea and lavender.
Meanwhile heat creamer in a small saucepan until hot but not boiling.
For a frothy latte, combine tea and creamer in a blender and blend for about 30 seconds until frothy. Divide between serving mugs. Cream can also be frothed in the mug using a handheld frother before adding tea.
If froth isn’t desired, just divide tea and creamer between serving mugs and stir to combine.
Ingredients
- 4 bags earl grey tea
- 20 oz. hot water
- 1 tsp. dried lavender
- ½ cup Almond Breeze™ Almondmilk Sweet Crème Creamer
