Grilled Peaches with Toasted Almonds
Grilling fruit caramelizes some of the natural sugars bringing a new flavor component to an otherwise simple summer dessert.
Heat grill to medium-high heat.
Cut peaches in half and remove the pit.
Oil grill grates. Place peach halves, cut side down, on grill. Grill for 4-6 minutes until nicely marked.
For each serving, top 2 peach halves with ½ cup almondmilk yogurt, sprinkle with almonds and dust with cinnamon if desired.
- 4 ripe peaches
- 2 cups Almond Breeze™ Vanilla Almondmilk Yogurt
- ¼ cup toasted slivered almonds
- Ground cinnamon, if desired
