Grilling fruit caramelizes some of the natural sugars bringing a new flavor component to an otherwise simple summer dessert.

Directions

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Cut peaches in half and remove the pit.

  3. Oil grill grates. Place peach halves, cut side down, on grill. Grill for 4-6 minutes until nicely marked.

  4. For each serving, top 2 peach halves with ½ cup almondmilk yogurt, sprinkle with almonds and dust with cinnamon if desired.
