Buffalo Chicken Dip
Serves Up To
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
½ cup hot sauce
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. onion powder
¼ tsp. black pepper
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Desired vegetables or chips, such as bell peppers, pita chips or carrot sticks
Preheat oven to 375°F. Prepare a shallow 1-quart dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, stir chicken, yogurt, cream cheese, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper together until combined. Pour mixture into prepared dish and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 15-20 minutes, until bubbly.
Serve with desired vegetables or chips, such as bell peppers, pita chips or carrot sticks.
