Bubble tea or boba is a creamy iced tea served with chewy tapioca balls. Serve it with an extra wide straw to get a bubble or two with every sip.


  1. Steep tea bags with hot water for 5 minutes. Discard tea bags and allow tea to cool.

  2. Meanwhile prepare tapioca pearls according to package directions.

  3. Divide pearls between 2 serving glasses and top each with about 3 tablespoons creamer.

  4. Add tea and ice. Stir to combine.


  • ½ cup bubble tea tapioca pearls
  • 4 bags English breakfast or other strong black tea
  • 2 cups hot(not boiling) water
  • 6 Tbsp. Almond Breeze™ Almondmilk Vanilla Creamer
  • Ice
