  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into thin slices
  • ½ tsp. salt½ tsp. pepper
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • 1 (1 oz.) packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch dissolved in ¼ cup water
  • 4 (10”) flour tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • ½ cup red onion, sliced
  • 1 Roma tomato, chopped


  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil. Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder, then place in skillet. Cook until browned and an internal temperature reaches 165°F

  2. Add broth, almond and oat blend and ranch seasoning mix. Bring to a simmer, then stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened.

  3. Place chicken in tortillas and top with lettuce, avocado, red onion and tomato.

  4. Fold tightly and serve. Refrigerate leftovers.
