Maple Pecan Overnight Oats
In pint jar or at least 12 ounce glass, mix oats, flax, almondmilk and 2 tablespoons of the syrup. Cover; refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
To serve, stir mixture and top with pecans and 1 teaspoon maple syrup.
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 3 Tbsp. flax meal (ground flax seed)
- ⅔ cup Almond Breeze Original almondmilk
- 2 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. maple syrup; divided
- 3 Tbsp. toasted chopped pecans
