  • 3 cups uncooked macaroni
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (or vegan cheese)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder, onion powder, paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard


  1. In a large pot, combine the pasta, almondmilk, water and salt. Bring to a boil then lower to simmer until pasta is cooked through.

  2. Lower the heat to low and stir in the cheese, spices and mustard. Mix until combined.

  3. Add 1 tbsp of almondmilk at a time at the end until desired creaminess is achieved. Enjoy warm!
