Ingredients

  • 6 medium-sized Russet Potatoes
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 3 tbsp salted butter
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Add 1 tbsp of salt to 2 quarts of water in a pot, and bring it to a boil.

  2. In the meantime, wash, peel, and quarter 6 medium-sized Russet Potatoes. Add the potatoes to the pot and boil for 18 minutes, uncovered. Then, drain the pot of water.

  3. Put the pot of potatoes back on the burner going on a low flame, and add: 3 tbsp of salted butter, a ¼ tsp of black pepper, a tsp of garlic powder, ½ tsp of garlic paste, 1 cup of Almond Breeze Original Almondmilk, and 1 tbsp of mayonnaise to the potatoes.

  4. Using a hand mixer, combine the potatoes on a medium-high setting until fully whipped. Remove from heat, and enjoy.
