Ingredients

Garlic Whipped Potatoes:

  • 6 medium sized Russet Potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons salted butter
  • ½ teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Seasoning:

  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

    Preparation

    1. Add 1 tablespoon of salt to 2 quarts of water in a pot, and bring it to a boil.

    2. In the meantime, wash, peel, and quarter 6 medium sized Russet Potatoes.

    3. Add the potatoes to the pot and boil for 18 minutes, uncovered. Then, drain the pot of water.

    Whipped Potatoes

    1. Put the pot of potatoes back on the burner going on a low flame. 

    2. Add 3 tablespoons of salted butter, a ¼ teaspoon of black pepper, a teaspoon of garlic powder, ½ teaspoon of garlic paste, 1 cup of Almond Breeze Original Almondmilk, and 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise to the potatoes.

    3. Using a hand mixer, combine the potatoes on a medium high setting until fully whipped. Remove from heat, and enjoy.
