Berry Trifle Parfait
To keep this recipe dairy-free, be sure to read the labels on the biscuits as some can be made with butter. You can use your own favorite scratch biscuit recipe.
Evenly divided half the biscuits in the bottom of 8 each 12-16-ounce clear glasses.
Top each layer of biscuits with about ½ tablespoon of jam, 2 tablespoons of yogurt and ¼ cup of fruit.
Repeat the layering with remaining ingredients.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 12 hours.
- 8 biscuits, cut into about ½-inch pieces
- ½ cup raspberry jam
- 2 cups Almond Breeze™ Vanilla Almondmilk Yogurt
- 4 cups mixed berries including chopped strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries
