Berry Trifle Parfait
Serves Up To
8 biscuits, cut into about ½-inch pieces
½ cup raspberry jam
4 cups mixed berries including chopped strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries
Evenly divided half the biscuits in the bottom of 8 each 12-16-ounce clear glasses.
Top each layer of biscuits with about ½ tablespoon of jam, 2 tablespoons of yogurt and ¼ cup of fruit.
Repeat the layering with remaining ingredients.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 12 hours.
