Ingredients
Baked Oats
1 cup rolled oats
1 banana
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
Pinch of salt
Flavor: Lemon Blueberry
1 lemon
10-15 blueberries
Raw sugar
Flavor: Chocolate Almond Butter
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
10-15 semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon almond butter
Flavor: Raspberry Almond
5-10 raspberries
10-15 Blue Diamond® sliced almonds

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine all the ingredients for the base of the baked oats in the blender and blend for 1 minute.

Grease 2-3 small ramekins with cooking spray, then pour the batter into the ramekins. Mix in and top with ingredients from the flavor(s) of your choice.

Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until a toothpick poked in the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before enjoying warm!
