Ingredients
1/2 cup uncooked quinoa
1/4 cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original Almondmilk Coconutmilk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 banana
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup coconut flakes
Directions

Add quinoa and Almond Breeze into a small saucepan. Bring the mixture to boil, then reduce to simmer and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it's creamy and the quinoa is cooked.

Transfer to two bowls and top with sliced banana, sliced almonds and coconut flakes.
