Omelet in a Bag

2 tablespoon Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Almondmilk
¼ cup deli ham, finely diced
¼ cup Bell peppers, finely diced
1 tablespoon chives
¼ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Bring a medium pot of water to a boil.
In a quart-sized plastic bag, add all of the ingredients. Seal the bag tightly, being careful to remove all excess air. With your hands, gently squeeze the bag several times to mix the ingredients thoroughly.
Lower the bag into the pot of boiling water, resting the top of the bag over the side of the pot. Boil for about 15 minutes, less if you prefer a runnier omelet.
Remove the bag from the pot and let sit and cool for a few minutes before handling. Once cool enough to handle, open the bag and gently push the omelet onto a plate.
Top with extra salt, pepper and chives, if desired.
