  • ½ cup Blue Diamond Almond Flour

  • ½ tsp. gluten free baking powder

  • ¼ tsp. salt

  • ½ tsp. olive or coconut oil

  • 1 ½ tsp. chopped chives

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted

    Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large mug with straight sides. Microwave on high for 2 minutes 20 seconds. Remove mug and gently turn out bread onto a rack. Cool completely.

    Preheat broiler. Combine the butter and garlic in a small bowl. Slice the bread crosswise into 5 even slices and place on a baking sheet. Brush each slice with butter mixture. Broil 4” from heat for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
