Cheesy Ramen with Chili Oil

  • 1 package ramen noodles (about 4 oz)

Creamy Cheese Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Pinch of salt


  • Chili oil
  • Furikake (optional)
  • Green onions, chopped



    1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add ramen noodles and cook according to the package instructions.

    Creamy Cheese Sauce

    1. Add butter to a large pan over medium heat. When the butter has melted, add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.

    2. Add Almond Breeze Extra Creamy Almondmilk, cheese and salt.

    3. Stir until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.

    4. Turn the heat to low and transfer the cooked ramen noodles to the pan.


    1. Stir until the noodles are well coated. If the noodles are looking dry, add an extra splash of Almond Breeze Extra Creamy Almondmilk.

    2. Transfer the noodles to a bowl and top with chili oil, furikake (optional) and green onions. Enjoy!
