Baked Scrambled Eggs
Fluffy but creamy scrambled eggs are easy when cooked in the oven. The gentle all-around heat means you hardly need to stir them. You are free to set the table and make toast while the eggs cook.
Heat oven to 350°F. Place buttery sticks in 11”x7” baking dish and place in oven while it is heating until melted. In medium dish, beat eggs, almondmilk, salt and pepper until completely smooth using wire whisk or electric mixer. Pour over melted buttery sticks.
Bake 10 minutes; stir. Bake 10 minutes longer or until set but top is still shiny, stirring once more.
- 3 Tbsp. vegan buttery sticks
- 12 eggs
- ¾ cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original almondmilk
- ½ tsp. salt
- ⅛ tsp. white pepper
