Carmen Bourgaize is the Chief Commercial Officer at Blue Diamond Growers, where she oversees all Branded Commercial Operations encompassing Sales, Consumer and Market Insights, Commercial Strategy, Innovation, Revenue Management, Product & Category Management, Marketing, and Ecommerce. With over 20 years of experience, Carmen has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and profitability.

Throughout her career, Carmen has excelled in developing high-performance teams that foster brand growth and unlock potential by harnessing data, strategy, and relationships to drive results across various channels, including retail, foodservice, and industrial/ingredient accounts.

Carmen is a graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology, where she studied Marketing Communications.

In her leisure time, Carmen enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their two children, a 16-year-old son and a 14-year-old daughter. She takes great pleasure in both business and leisure travel.
