Dairy-Free Mango Lassi
Serves Up To
2 containers (5.3 oz.) Almond Breeze™ Original Sweetened Almondmilk Yogurt
1 ½ cups diced mango (fresh or frozen)
¼ tsp. ground cardamom
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Blend for about 1 minute or until smooth.

Tip: Depending on the ripeness of the mango, you may want to adjust the sweetness of the drink with a bit of honey.
