Dairy-Free Mango Lassi
Cardamom is a spice that is frequently found in sweet and savory dishes around the world. Here it is a fun addition to the traditional Indian yogurt-based drink, lassi.
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Blend for about 1 minute or until smooth.
Tip: Depending on the ripeness of the mango, you may want to adjust the sweetness of the drink with a bit of honey.
- 2 containers (5.3 oz.) Almond Breeze™ Original Sweetened Almondmilk Yogurt
- 1 ½ cups diced mango (fresh or frozen)
- ½ cup Almond Breeze™ Original Almondmilk
- ¼ tsp. ground cardamom
