Chamomile tea can support relaxation and more restful sleep. Try this warm tea drink to winddown before bed or after a stressful day.

Directions

  1. Place tea in a large measuring cup or jar with water. Cover and steep for 8 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile divide creamer and cinnamon between serving mugs; stir to combine.

  3. When tea is done steeping discard bags and add tea to creamer in serving mugs.

  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
