Chamomile tea can support relaxation and more restful sleep. Try this warm tea drink to winddown before bed or after a stressful day.
Place tea in a large measuring cup or jar with water. Cover and steep for 8 minutes.
Meanwhile divide creamer and cinnamon between serving mugs; stir to combine.
When tea is done steeping discard bags and add tea to creamer in serving mugs.
- 3 chamomile tea bags
- 20 oz. boiling water
- 6 Tbsp. Almond Breeze™ Almondmilk Vanilla Creamer
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon
