Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Serves Up To
- 1 box baby spinach
- 1 can quartered artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
- 1 cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original Almondmilk Yogurt
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ tsp. salt
- tortilla chips
Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a 1-quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a medium skillet over medium heat, add spinach. Cook until wilted, then remove from heat.
In a medium bowl, stir spinach, artichokes, yogurt, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic and salt together. Pour into prepared dish.
Bake 20-25 minutes, until bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips.
