Carmen Bourgaize joins us from Saputo Inc. one of the world’s largest dairy processors. After fifteen years in senior sales roles, Carmen spent the past five years as Senior Vice President of Strategic Business Development for Saputo’s multi-billion dollar Canadian business unit.

Carmen has extensive experience leading high-performance commercial functions including Sales, Consumer & Market Insights, Commercial Strategy, Innovation, Revenue Management, Product & Category Management, Marketing and Ecommerce.

Throughout her career, Carmen has developed strong, motivated teams that develop brands and unlock growth by leveraging data, strategy and relationships to drive results through a variety of channels  including retail, foodservice, and industrial/ingredient accounts.

Carmen is a graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology where she studied Marketing Communications.

Carmen enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children, a 16-year-old son and a 14-year-old daughter. She also takes pleasure in traveling for both business and leisure.
