Combine all of the cheeseball ingredients in a bowl or food processor.
Scoop onto a serving dish and shape with a pallet knife into a triangle/cone shape.
Add on the Blue Diamond Almonds in a row until the cheeseball is completely covered.
Strip half of the needles off of a sprig of rosemary and add to the top of the cheeseball.
Serve with Blue Diamond Nut-Thins®, cheddar.
