Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups frozen peas (thawed)
- 1 can of chickpeas (standard 12oz can)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original Almondmilk
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove (chopped)
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 2 tbs ground cumin
- Pinch of salt and pepper (or to taste)
