Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

- 1 cup fresh or frozen mango cubes
- 1 cup fresh or frozen or juice packed pineapple chunks
- 1 tablespoon slivered or sliced toasted almonds (optional)
- 1 teaspoon ground flax or chia seeds (optional)
