Jeff joined Blue Diamond in October 2015 as the Sacramento Site Director. Now as the Chief Global Supply Officer, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our supply from the farm to shelf; member relations with our growers, receiving, manufacturing, and logistics.

Through Jeff’s development of and adherence to robust continuous improvement discipline, the team has consistently demonstrated its ability to enhance engagement and achieve outstanding results in safety, quality, service, and conversion costs.

Before joining Blue Diamond, Jeff spent 20 years with Nestlé in multiple locations at large facilities across the U.S. (Utah, Arkansas, Kentucky, and Ohio), in increasing roles of responsibility in supply chain and operations.

Jeff earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Utah Valley University, and his MBA from California State University, Sacramento.

He enjoys spending time with his family in the outdoors as well as running, road cycling, and mountain biking.
