In medium saucepan, mix 2 cups of the almondmilk, quinoa and salt with a wire whisk. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Stir; cover and let stand until all liquid is absorbed.
Spoon into bowls. Pour a little of the remaining almondmilk over the quinoa. Top with berries and drizzle with honey.
