  1. In 2 mugs, add 1 shot espresso and 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup to each.

  2. In a small saucepan, add almondmilk. Bring to just a boil, then remove from heat. Use a milk frother to froth almondmilk mixture.

  3. Pour almondmilk mixture over espresso and top with remaining foam.

  4. Serve.
