Harmonious Heart Healthy Hummus


Harmonious Heart Healthy Zesty Spring Mix

  • 1 cup of cooked kernel corn
  • 1 cup of cooked black beans
  • 1 cup of roasted plantain chips
  • 1/2 cup of fresh cactus (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup of celery (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup of red bell pepper.(chopped)
  • 1/2 cup of fresh cucumber.((chopped)
  • 1/2 cup of Blue Diamond® Whole Natural Almonds, sliced roasted
  • 3 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon of rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt

Heart Healthy Hummus

  • 6 cloves of fresh peeled garlic
  • 1-16 Oz. of garbanzo bean
  • 1/4 cup of Blue Diamond® Whole Natural almonds, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of tahini
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil


In a blender or food processor, blend all hummus ingredients on a low speed for 1 to 2 minutes until the mix is smooth. Place spring mix in serving bowl, and create a shallow well in the center if the bowl to place the hummus. Surround the harmonious colorful spring mix with plantain chips.
