Aller Rouge Pour Femme Poule (chicken with red sauce)


  •  4 8oz Chicken Breast
  • 1 cup margarine (melted)
  • 1/2 cup Blue Diamond® Whole Natural Almonds.(minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon white truffle oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme (ground)


  • 1 large onion (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/2 cup Blue Diamond ® Whole.Natural almonds, toasted chopped
  • 3 lbs fresh tomatoes (small dice)
  • 1 cup Blue Diamond ® Almond Breeze almondmilk


Heat electric grill to high heat setting. Wash chicken and pat dry with paper towel. Place Blue Diamond ® Whole Natural almonds in food processor and mince until soft. Combine with butter, salt, pepper, oil, thyme and basil. Toss chicken in mixture. Place on heated grilling surface and cook until done. Remove from grill and set side.

Heat large sauce pan over medium heat. Add first four ingredients. Cook until onion is transparent, about 5 minutes. Add almonds and cook for 1 minute. Add tomatoes and milk. Turn heat down to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Add chicken to sauce and let simmer for 10 minutes.
